BBQ!!

When: Sunday, July 27th at 3:00pm.
What about the Sunday MA meeting?: It will be part of the deal, and the meeting will probably start around 5 or 6pm.

Other Info:

This is a clean and sober event, and all friends and family are welcome. Participation at the MA meeting itself is optional.
There will be a 7th tradition basket for the Sunday meeting, as well as a donation basket for the BBQ itself (Reimbursed to District 11).

The District is paying for hotdogs, buns, condiments, flatware, plates, cups, etc.. Maybe other stuff, budget permitting.

Otherwise this is a Potluck! Please bring any other stuff you want to throw on the barbie. And side dishes, sodas, etc.. Oh, and don't forget desserts! Chocolate, hello? Where have you been?
You may want to bring your guitar, drums, etc., maybe we'll do some music. There's other stuff to do in the house as well... ping pong and pool in the basement where it's cool, etc..
If you've got a favorite folding chair, bring that!

Oh, if you're getting this email twice, you're probably on our YahooGroup and I also put a bunch of people in the BCC field, including MA people in Seattle, and some local Portland members we haven't seen in a long time.
